At the County Group, we are looking for new staff across the North West for various job roles in different branches to keep supporting the organic growth and development of the business.
The County Group are rapidly growing as we acquire more businesses. Our latest acquisition is George Williams Insurance Services in Denbigh.
Since January 2016, we have employed 44 new starters and we are looking for more to help support the business. We have job vacancies for a number of different roles: customer services, sales, admin, sales, telemarketing and apprentices. We currently employ over 200 members of staff, however this is quickly increasing as we have even more new starters next month!
The County Group head office is in Crewe, however we have 17 branches in total that provide great rates for business and personal insurance, as well as financial services. We have also recently been shortlisted for Regional Broker of the Year at the British Insurance Awards 2016.
Our employees generally work full time from 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch. However, we also do offer part time and flexi hours for those with additional commitments. Depending on the position benefits can include full training, quick career progression, sales bonuses, regular staff nights out and much more.
