Once you have contacted us, we aim to respond to you by close of business the next working day (Our working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank holidays). If you have any queries relating to this matter, please contact your claims manager on 01782 607 709 or talk to your local office.

If you have had an accident or incident involving a policyholder of JSW Insurance but are insured elsewhere, then you must report the incident to your own insurer or insurance advisor.
