Recently, we have celebrated opening a new head office. The new headquarters in Crewe is to accommodate the rapid growth and development of the business. As the company growth is more than 30% a year and our customer premiums are riding high at £60m.
We currently have 230 members of staff and there are plans to create 30 new jobs at the new head office over the next few months. So far this year, we have already employ 44 new starters.
The company was founded in 2003 and over the years, we have grown into one of the region’s largest providers of insurance products, with 18 branches across the country and more than 40,000 customers.
Also with the grand opening of the new office, we celebrated winning ‘Regional Broker of the Year’ at the prestigious British Insurance Awards staged at The Royal Albert Hall. We are very proud and honoured to add this award to previous awards like the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce ‘Large Business of the Year’ award and ‘Health and Wellbeing Award’.
Based on sales figures and customer feed-back, the awards are billed as an ‘unrivalled badge of excellence for the insurance sector’ and champagne corks were popping as news broke amongst staff at County House on Crewe Business Park.

Despite record growth, we remain steadfastly committed to providing a first class customer service. Renewal rates of up to 90% are testament to that.
Our achievements are also down to the quality of the people we have working here and I am thrilled to see this recognised with another major award under our belt.
We’ve grown at a good pace over the last 13 years but our roots remain in South Cheshire. Supporting the local area is important to us which are why our recruitment process will have a special emphasis on attracting apprentices.
This year, we will provide well over £60m worth of insurance for our clients and have plans to keep growing the branch network by two to three each year. All this will create exciting opportunities for people looking to enter the industry.”
Over the past year, we have acquired four insurance brokers and have plans for a further two later this year. Also this week, we have celebrated the opening of our new branch in Worthing. They will be providing taxi, commercial and personal insurance to the local area.
Earlier this year, we also opened a County Financial Services branch on Beam Street in Nantwich as part of a drive to become a one-stop shop for financial products including life insurances and pensions.
As you can see, we are expanding rapidly as we acquire new businesses and opening more branches across the country. As our workforce becomes bigger, this was a great opportunity to expand our head office to Westmere Drive on the Crewe Business Park from Fourth Avenue, Crewe. Our new office is 10,000 sq ft and is a newly furbished office which is a great new modern office for our workforce.
