Based in Crewe, Kerry is an Accounts Manager. She’s been with the company for more than 30 years, since its early days as Heath & Blackshaw. She rises to challenges, typifying the County culture. With two young sons and two Boxer Cross puppies, she unwinds by curling up with a good book. She says: “I have seen many changes in my time with County, growing from a small concern to the impressive Brokers we are now. I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by colleagues I enjoy the company of.”
Since joining the group Andrew has shown a willingness to go the extra mile. Based in Crewe, but also travelling to other sites, his job is to ensure all employees have the tools available to do their job and to resolve any operational issues. Andrew lives with his girlfriend and their Jack Russell. He says: “My role is incredibly varied and I get a lot of satisfaction from finding solutions to a wide range of operational issues.” Nothing is too much trouble for Andrew who sports possibly the best beard in County!
Footie fan David is a Sales Advisor who regularly hits the back of the net. Working from our Southport branch, he has notched up hundreds of new business sales – all with integrity and an eye on customer needs. The dad of two says: “I enjoy working for County as all the staff are friendly and there’s never a dull day in the office. I enjoy the atmosphere and the job role in general.”
