Your placements could be in either Personal Lines Contact Centres, Call Centres or one of our 33 Branches across the North West and Midlands meaning you could be in Crewe at our head office then moving to Southport for your next placement and on to Newcastle Under Lyme.

Throughout the program, you’ll have extensive exposure to talented people across our business, who’ll educate, inspire, and bring out the best in you. To top it all off, you’ll have the opportunity to gain recognised professional qualifications through supported learning and the Chartered Institute of Insurance as well as personal and people management skills

To join our graduate scheme, you’ll need a 2:1 or above. This can be in any discipline, from any university. To us, the most important thing is that you’re interested in what we do as a business and have the ambition to succeed. We’ll expect you to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and be passionate about your work.
